West Hampstead’s Ham – home to hyper-local foraged dishes – has a new 6-course tasting menu and this Shorthorn beef with sesame and slated turnips is pick of the courses.
Ham combines local produce and a vegan-friendly menu with some seriously impressive cooking. Expect a smattering of Hampstead actors and media people cooing over the likes of blowtorched mackeral and preserved lemon posse.
